Tyra has proudly proclaimed that she is the healthiest she's ever been -- and now we're meeting the lady responsible for helping our host -- Heather Bauer. It's all about getting fit, feeling happy and living healthy, not about being skinny. We've met Heather a couple times before, but this time she's here for a whole hour, helping us all get our shapes in shape. Tyra has become the healthiest she's ever been, now it's your turn!

This British lady was born with two vaginas. For the first time, she'll explain all about her unique anatomy. Then, are beauty and sexiness decided in an instant? The "Tyra Show" is investigating how long it takes to determine how sexy a person is. We'll meet a panel of self-proclaimed "sexy people," and the audience will have a chance to vote: Where do they fall on the "Sexy Scale"? Will their own opinions live up to the audience's sexiness rating?

Hi Al B..IM n indin girl who was always beaten by my dad when he used to get drunk... i used to cry every nite n dream about that one guy that would turn my life i wanted jus that one luv... i was shy when i got into high school n started workin... my first relationship was abusive... the guy would hit me... then a yr passed n i got over it n i one guy at wrk would try to ask me to share my problems but i was scared n i was actin so rude to him for months thats when i realized luv is sumthin when a person cares 4 u n knowin the problems in ur eyes... i tried lookin for the same guy in other people but indian girls called me a hoe n it hurt cuz they dont know what i been thru... jus recently after a yr i dated n this guy used me...n he constantly kept rapin me... i guess i let him do it cuz i was afraid to be out of the relationship cuz sum indian girls thought i left guys easily but the truth i ws they wanted one thing... n this guy i was afraid... n now i have nightmares all nite n now i don't believe in the fairy tales i use to... i write in my book to my future hubby how im sorry n i only believe in fairy tales... but now even these guys arent the ones that care like i thought i did...

Okay, so I'm wondering, are we allowed to eat shrimp cocktail, and if so -- how many?

Last night I had an 8-shrimp cocktail with a little bit of cocktail sauce. I could have kept on eating them for days, but I stopped myself at 8, which I am very proud of!

Also, margarine vs. real butter -- what are your thoughts? Is one better than the other?

My aunt and I were talking about this and she said that she has heard that margarine is not good for you because it's fake. I use the "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray -- because there is nothing in it! No carbs or fat or anything... so I just spray away on my food.

Is that okay? Or should I be using real butter in moderation?!

And lastly, is it okay that I drink, on average, two cups of hot tea per day? I usually add one packet of Stevia in the raw or a Splenda, along with a small teaspoon of honey. Is two larger cups too much? I like it in the AM and at night, I do use decaf at night.

We first met Tre when he graced our stage and spoke out about his intersexuality. We were taken by his fun personality and willingness to share his story, and now he's back in hopes he can make a difference for anyone going through the same thing.
